"Shopping for Baby Was Awesome"
Shopping for baby was awesome! But the YODEL delivery? Not so much. It showed up two days later than promised. The excuse was that the driver couldn’t locate our estate. (67 flat). We’re the only one on our street. Still, online baby shopping gets a full thumbs up from me!

"Awesome product and speedy service!"
I made an order late in the afternoon, about 4pm on Wednesday, since my non-verbal child's stroller broke and I needed a new one before our trip on Friday. The stroller arrived by 6pm the next day, which was fantastic service. The buggy is really nice, and I’m excited to hit the road with it; it seems like it’ll be way easier to handle. Plus, the communication and updates from the time I ordered to when it was delivered were top-notch.

"I called off my order right away..."
I called off my order right away after I placed it, but they went ahead and shipped it anyway. The courier even dropped it off upside down, ignoring the arrows on the box. It would be great if they could allow a 30-minute window for cancellations if a customer wishes to.
